Here is a quick overview of the performance warranty subject to certain conditions. However, for better understanding, please refer to the detailed description of the warranty.
In the unlikely event of STENNA Wall Coverings (“Wall Coverings”) peeling off from your wall surface, this warranty covers adhesion failure of STENNA wall covering, which means that when used correctly with the right surface preparation and following installation instructions using the recommended STENNA adhesive, we guarantee that the wall covering shall not peel off for a period of three years. For the sake of clarity, ‘adhesion failure’ shall be understood to mean lack of adhesion between wall surface and Wall Covering, post Adhesive application.

2Glossy surfaces should be sanded and irregularities repaired. Sanding using a medium to rough grit sandpaper is recommended.
4Cut a shallow “x” in the painted surface with a razor blade. Wrap a strip of masking tape around your finger (sticky side out), and press it to the “x”, checking to see whether the paint film separates from the wall surface. If the paint film separates, the wall is not sound.
6Surfaces other than drywall or plaster may require special procedures and application techniques. Contact your distributor for recommendations prior to starting.
